New Customer Giveaway
New customers who obtain a quote from M&S and buy a new M&S Car Insurance Premium policy between 25 April and 24 July 2019 will automatically receive M&S vouchers worth £30. This offer, however, is not applicable to customers renewing or amending their current M&S Car Insurance Premium policy.
The voucher is sent to the policyholder within 60 days from the time of the policy purchase date.
However, if you or the insurer (the company) terminates or cancel your policy with 14 days of the policy buy date, you will not be given the vouchers.
Another important thing you need to know about the M&S vouchers is that they are only available only to new customers who purchase their policy through the M&S Bank website or telephone. If you purchase the policy via an affiliate, price comparison or cashback website, you will not get the vouchers.
M&S vouchers can be used only in-store and even so, they are subject to the stores’ terms and conditions.
The bank does not issue cash or gift card as alternatives to the voucher cards. The vouchers are also not available to customers living in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Motor legal protection is £26.29 while guaranteed car replacement is £30.09 for 28 days. The costs are based on the applicable add-on process for M&S Car Insurance Standard cover.
Breakdown optional cover is provided by one of the underwriters RAC for M&S Car Insurance customers. However, the same cover cannot be obtained directly from rac.co.uk.
If you want the equivalent breakdown cover from AA, it will cost you £388.86 based on single personal level breakdown UK cover for £216.22, an annual in all zones European breakdown cover of £172.64 based on a Mini Paceman 2013.

European Union for up to 90 days
With M&S Car Insurance, you can go on holidays in other EU countries up to 90 days without having to worry about incurring additional fees on your policy. This option, of course, applies in any single cover duration.
Highly quality repair networks
If your vehicle is damaged in accident or fire and you want to claim a claim, M&S will arrange for it to be repaired to one of the nationwide approved repair networks. The repair work will be done in high standards that the company provides a 3-year guarantee.
